Coast is a Full Service Management Company. Coast Property Management has successfully been in business for 30 years and we are licensed with the Department of Real Estate and insured. Our Maintenance Division has a General Contractors License and is insured, and we use also use licensed and insured contractors to complete work on our contracted properties.

Coast Property Management is an active member of Community Associations Institute, Greater Inland Empire Chapter (CAI from the Inland Empire to Orange County) and we manage over twenty Homeowner’s Associations from the Inland Empire to Orange County.
